Execute UFIT’s physical education curriculum.
Ensure a safe and positive learning space.
Manage and organize sports equipment, including setup and storage.

Coach and lead daily PE and competitive sport-based programs for grades K–8
Manage a small team of assistant and site-level coaches, supporting their development
Collaborate with school administration to align program goals with campus needs
Implement and maintain UFIT’s athletic behavior systems, incentive programs, and safety standards

Design, schedule, and facilitate onboarding training for new coaches.
Develop and deliver monthly professional development sessions (in-person and virtual).
Ensure training integrates UFIT’s curriculum, positive behavior management, and safety standards.
