UFIT doesn’t just run after-school sports. We build teams, train leaders, and create a culture of winning with purpose. They build confidence, character, and communication skills that students take far beyond the field.

Our program incorporates all 12 of California Quality Standards Implementation
- We provide free to low cost, high-quality, sports-based physical education and after-school enrichment to undeserved students
- We ensure all youth have opportunities to grow physically, socially, and emotionally.
- We support school climate transformation by partnering with staff to deliver site-specific wellness and peace-building strategies that foster inclusive, safe, and supportive learning communities
