Certified Physical Education

UFIT’s physical activity sessions are conducted by a credentialed teacher and utilize the California Model Content Standards for PE K12 adopted by the district which specify what a student should know and be able to do by the end of each grade level.

Game-time Recess and Lunch

UFIT Program provides a high-quality recess experience designed with attention to students’ physical and emotional safety, inclusion, and fun.

In School Sports

In schools, UFIT has introduced various activities such as cheer, music, dance, and sports during school hours. These initiatives were developed based on student feedback obtained through surveys, allowing students to actively participate in shaping their extracurricular experiences. As a result, students have discovered engaging outlets beyond their electronic devices, fostering a more dynamic and interactive school environment.

After School Sports

UFIT offers after-school team-based sports programs that promote inclusivity and fosters advocacy and effective communication Coaches teach sport rules and skills, forming teams and conducting practices after school . Students also compete with other UFIT schools, aiming for medals.
