Who We Are

UFIT’s vision is to customize all of our physical education programs to fit the specific needs of each individual school. While abiding by the national model content standards for physical education, we emphasize an inclusive, social, and emotional environment. Our campus presence assists in students academic success, and prepares all students to achieve postsecondary excellence.

UFIT’s Foundational Principles

We talk out the problems and inefficiencies you are facing and find potential root causes and propose solutions.The program is executed with our assigned support staff to provide smooth experience that exceed expectations.Our personal certified teachers partner with administration to collect data and develop continuous results.
Complete UFIT after school program- sports leagues, tutoring, and STEM.Our strategy practices are implemented in a fair, nondiscriminatory and culturally responsive manner, which are consistent with state and federal laws.

UFIT’s coaches shift from punishment-oriented thinking into restorative dialogue. Dialogue that aims to build understanding by clear agreements, authentic communication, and specific tools to bring issues and conflicts forward in a helpful way.

UFIT’s coaches respond to conflict by becoming more as a convener and facilitator instead of efforts to suppress misbehavior based on the view that misbehavior is evidence of failing students.

Increase of student’s attendance are a result of students’ enjoyment of the welcoming environment provided by our coaches that combines praise and motivation with tips and guidance on skill relevant information. This has proven to be a positive way to help students stay interested and involved in physical activity.

Our team

UFIT is a team of dedicated, highly experienced certified fitness professionals with a multifaceted approach to health and fitness. All UFIT staff members have proven track records of delivering a diversified health and fitness program to individuals, schools and Corporations.

UFIT recognizes the importance and the strengths that having a diverse workforce provides. A workforce of a myriad of skilled individuals with different backgrounds and experiences are able to serve our school’s student population. Having teachers and coaches that look like and can communicate with students, promotes social cohesion between UFIT staff and students.
